Is this a good deal? It also includes Apple CarPlay. Minneapolis, MN.

Money factor looks marked up. I just leased one this past Wednesday, MSRP $50,125 and the base MF was 0.00064, put 7 refundable MSD's that brought it down to 0.00001

Could be. He also added $524 to the incentive.

Money factor looks marked up, as others have said. I just got .00065 in the DFW area. Also, the Adjusted Cap. Cost looks funny. Is your sales person not taking out the down payment? ACC should be Cap. Cost - Incentive - Down Payment, which is $45,990 - $2524 - $3443.31. Unless I'm missing something...

I got a quote for an RDX from the local Acura dealer and the money factor was actually worse than this. Must be the region I'm in.

It's not a down payment, it's tax + fees+ 1 month payment. The Adjusted Cap Cost is MSRP - discount - lease incentive - 1st month payment. He's essentially giving me an additional $524 added to the $2,000 Lexus lease cash.

I contacted a dealer in Des Moines and the only difference was $1,000 less up front payment. Same monthly payment amount.

the MF is make and model specific. Lexus has some of the best MFs but some dealers may try to test you with a higher MF. The RDX is a hot vehicle right now and some dealerships may be marking up the MF. You need to do some homework and know the base MF and all the incentives before you contact the dealer. Otherwise they will take advantage of you.

The current lease incentive is $2,000 lease cash. From what I can find .00065 is the base money factor for the NX. I've ruled out the RDX at this point due to the cost.

you can take this one step further and create a lease proposal based on a % discount you want. this way when you reach out the dealer will know that you know your numbers and won't bother to test you with marked up fees and MF.

I did with a dealer in Des Moines Iowa and he stopped responding. I may have asked for too much....

I will go back to the local dealer and ask about the money factor. They also gave me the pricing based on an NX that was just received. Maybe they can be more flexible with one that has been on the lot longer?

My experience is that when a dealer stops responding to questions, they don't want to deal with an informed buyer. I avoid dealerships like that. There are plenty of others who will give you all the facts, with no pressure to buy.

make sure that you deal with a sales manager or director. Don’t be afraid to reach out all the way up to the GM. I’ve dealt with several dealerships where sales people stopped responding but I went above there heads and was able to restart the negotiation and ultimately sign a deal.

The Des Moines sales director got back to me. $498/month with $2,113 down. He didn't provide any other details. That's about $2,200 less in total after 36 months than my local dealer. They will deliver to northern Iowa for free which is about 3 hours from me.
