Can a rear passenger door on a Lexus nx200t be hammered out?
I’ve only seen postings about removing interior door panels. I took the rear interior panel off and there’s still steel in the way of my getting to the dent. Can this be removed somehow so I can get to the dent from inside the car? I can’t tell if there’s a piece I can remove or if it’s all welded together. I need to get to the part of the door just below the speaker. Thanks!

One picture worth thousand words. No telling without seeing. If yo have crease in it, you need special puller. Regular convex dent you can pull with suction puller. heck, I use dwife's meat grinder with suction cup. Yes, tailgate has re enforcing bar in the rear that blocks access to such dents. If you have crease, you'll need either special tools, sorta like long hooked steel bars, to bypass that bar or, outside puller - either resined on, or welded on. Then you land with paint job.

I realize the creases will make it more difficult...what I’m wanting to know is if anyone knows how to get to the dent from the inside AFTER I’ve removed the plastic interior door panel. I’m looking to just make it better/ less noticeable myself, not perfect, before I eventually take it to a professional. Thanks!

You won't. it's too much sharp damage. The way it's done, door skin is replaced and door is painted. It will cost more to hand hammer it out. That's the problem with all them now so popular fancy angled sheetworks on "sporty" cars.
You can try to hammer it out, using rods and such, there are tools to bypass re enforcement bars. But it will look like you know what, then you have to sand it and prime it and pain it and such anyway.
My guy charges $500 for job like this.
