Default Does 200t F-sport front bumper fit the 300?

Hi everyone, first post here.
I'm looking for a new front bumper for my 2018 F-sport. I've found a few online but they're only listed as compatible for the 2015-17 NX 200t F-sport. Will they fit without any modifications?
Also, all the ones I've found are primed but unpainted. Does anyone know where I can buy one painted in factory Ultra White (paint code 093)?

Thanks!

Even if you could find a pre-painted bumper, I'm not sure that it would be advisable to go in that direction.

Pearl whites are done with a multi-stage painting process, and they are among the most difficult colors for which to get a satisfactory color match. When painting a pearl white bumper, even a highly-skilled paint technician will have to use extra care to get a satisfactory color match. He/she will likely need to do multiple test panels before getting the color right, and it is not uncommon to have to blend the new paint into adjacent panels in order to make the transition from the new paint to the factory paint less obvious.

I'm sure that there is a chance that a pre-painted pearl white bumper could work out okay, but there is a greater chance that its color will stick out like a sore thumb.

I agree with lesz also during the shipping process most times upon arrival your painted front bumper is going to be scuffed up a bit therefore it has to be buffed out.

Thanks for the replies. I got repair estimates from a Lexus dealer for $2140 (14.9 hrs body labor, 8.8 hrs paint labor) and an independent body shop for $1800. The Lexus guy said the fender portion isn't really deep enough to cause rust.

I'm inclined to leave it alone for now since I'll be teaching my wife to drive in this car soon (she never bothered to get a license). Thoughts?
