CPO 2017 Negotiation

Hello All,

We are looking to purchase a CPO 2017 in Houston. There isn't a ton of inventory right now but I found this and wanted everyone's opinion on what i should be offering.

People in some parts of the country seem to be able to get 7-10% off MSRP on a new car. The price on this one looks like the price some people get on a new one.
