this should be a company account on youtube, the guy has upload the Android interface video for Lexus Mazda for month. seems they have some new development on Lexus 2018 NX.
Of course that is a Chinese market edition, 8 inches basic model, but seems the whole system could be operate by lexus touchpad and buttons. don't know if they have anything more development on 10 inches model.
These units all operate on canbus, as does the touch screen and touch pad. The same aftermarket solution should work whether it is an 8" or a 10" display, these are usually units that you plug in, in between the stock system and the screen. Should be interesting once they get more development going.

He said it would be working with 10 inch marklevinson stereo and test finished, would be great.
