Side mirrors tilt in R

Pole Position
Remember, you have to have the button on either left or right position. As I recall, I f the mirror is in the center position they won’t tilt in reverse.

Thats weird I looked at the manual pag156 they tilt if you have memory seat position. I don’t have it and mines won’t tilt. I’ve lived one year without it I guess I won’t miss it.

Both driver and passenger mirrors tilt down on our 2018'. I was always used to our merc which put the passenger side in mirror down. At times I do like when both mirrors are down but really only prefer the passenger side to go down. I only really look at the driver side mirror if it's tilted down when I am parking up against the curb as close as possible without scraping a wheel...etc.

Older Lexi would only enable Yes they tilt or No they are off. The actual angle seemed to be an arbitrary
couple of degrees down from the normal driving forward position. Starting in 2013 or '14 you could
customize the reversing positions. While in reverse select either side using the mirror selector switch
and move the glass up/down, left/right. Flip to the other side and repeat. As nigel821 stated I also
like the passenger side to do most of the moving, I can crane my neck a lot faster than fiddling with
a mirror.
Note: the reversing positions is for all drivers while in reverse, it is not stored in the memory 1/2/3
buttons. It can as written be defeated by centering the mirror position selector. (touch and turn off
the R or L lights on RX's)
