Transmission Problem with Lexus NX
So I have been having a very tough time with my Lexus NX and seems like I just got a very faulty car. I bought my 2017 Lexus NX 200T car from Meade Lexus in Southfield, MI on Dec 2016. 700 miles into my purchase I saw oil leaking from underneath my engine. Took it to the dealership and they fixed it, the technicians just seemed surprised to see that.
Fast forward last thursday roughly 10000miles on ODO, I noticed a problem when I was trying to accelerate my car, It just would not accelerate and then jerk forward all of a sudden I was also hearing some noise when the AT was trying to upshift. Engine check light came on and said AWD malfunction, 2WD engaged take it to the dealership!
Took my car to the dealership that same evening and they checked the code to see that the pressure solenoid was malfunctioning or was just bad. Dealership did not call me since then and this morning told me they will have to replace the entire transmission!!!!!
Totally frustrated with this car and buying it seems a huge mistake. Replacing Transmission at 10K miles is unheard of leave alone on a Lexus. Please suggest how I can get this car replaced entirely as I have lost faith in Lexus completely.

There's a warranty for a reason, not like it's costing you anything and I imagine they will give you a loaner vehicle for the duration.
It's impossible for every single vehicle off the line to be 100% perfect, there will be defects. Transmissions might be 1 in 10000 with issues, someone unfortunately has to be that one.

Like you I lost faith in Lexus. I must say the gave me free 30,000 mile service to compensate. I never had another problem with the car. Stick with Lexus as other cars may have far worse problems. See if they won't give you some kind of perk for your troubles and to keep you with the brand.
My NX will be 3 years old next month and has never had a service issue, just oil and tire rotations.

when you make a lot of something, not all are perfect. as said, that's the point of a warranty. you're not going to have it better with any other manufacturer/supplier. lexus uses just about the most conservative parts in the industry.
