Back Seat Headrest Replacement
So I just got a 2015 NX 200t base (US) and I'm noticing that the rear seat headrests restrict visibility quite a bit. I noticed from pics that the UK NX and also from the US IS have lower, form-fitting headrests that aren't as high. Does anyone know if either of these are interchangable?

Best rear head restraints to fix the NX are the RAV-4 units. Slip right in and fold to allow
visibility and also to ease with lowering the seat back toward the front without interference.

The FIRST thing I asked the dealer to do after I wrote them a check was to remove the rear headrests and throw them in the cargo area.
The NX obviously has a very small rear window, but fortunately it also has an excellent rear facing camera, a rear cross traffic alert system, and a blind spot monitoring system....without those features I would not have bought the car.

Head restraint pin to pin distance is the same but the leather colors differ
a bit. It is strange marketing that the "lesser" brand has the better features.
Not germane to this RX thread but to the Toyota/Lexus marketing quirks,
the Avalon has Rear Seat A/C with temp control and three vents while the
ES350 only gets a passive single vent even with Ultra Luxury trim...

BGW, do you think that he'd sell just the arm rest and the rear headrests? I'm guessing that you used the burnt orange for the saddle colored leather?
BTW, did your covers finally just shrink on their own or did you do anything to make them fit tighter?
Great job and thanks for posting the pictures!
