What lease deals are available 2017 NX 200t F-Sport??

My current lease will be ending end of August and I'm thinking of going for a a 2017 NX 200t F-Sport. I'm looking at models that MSRP around $45K. What sort of discount can I expect from dealers around this time? Is it possible to get like $7K-$8K off at this time? If anyone can share their recent lease experience that would be helpful. I'm located in Southern California.
