If you bought it new, then you should've received a manual. If pre-owned or used, you might want to check other places in the car like the floor of the cargo area. You can access a PDF version of the manual on LexusDrivers.com

My "new" Lexus came with 10 lbs of manuals, but nothing on the roof racks! This helps:
