I have a question...I apologize if it's been asked before but is it true that the 2018 Lexus NX cannot be ordered with the Mark Levinson sound system?
Nevermind, I just read this entire thread to find out that it is not available. I was considering this car instead of an IS350 but without ML then the NX is out. The RX is too big for me.
Qi Wireless Charging tray is discontinued in all 2018 NX models. I went to couple dealers today and checked out both non-fsport and F-sport with premium packaged models. Non of them have the Qi wireless charging tray.
One sales rep said they discontinued the support for wireless charging. Can anyone else confirm?

Interesting you say that. One of tha latest youtube videos on the 2018 NX shows a fully loaded NX. There’s rear heated seats, panoramic sunroof, sequential turn signals. all interior and exterior LED lighting. However, in the centre console there’s only a tray with no Qi charger.
Still, hard to believe it won’t be available in some form especially as Apple has now moved to wireless charging.
Lexus risks moving way behind the 8 ball with electronic tech especially since it lacks apple/android carplay.

also, i saw some dealer videos from Japan for the Black and NX 2018 F-Sport. Interestingly, they have Qi charging trays in their car. Probably Japan only? I really hope they don’t remove it on US models.
He must be trying to get you to buy a leftover 2017 on the lot.
Dealer here in NJ already has two (base models). To be honest, I actually drove right past it not noticing the changes. Second drive by then spotted the different grill, head lights and took a couple pics. Like the clean look of the new extended tail lights and now have LED turn signals inside a smoked surround. Should have F-Sports in next week.

2018 F-Sports not in yet. Side by side rear pics, best I could get with the way they were parked. New interior color looks like last year's Flaxen, possibly a little bit darker.
Agreed. I visited my local dealer yesterday and saw the new NX first hand. The new front looks nicer than the 17 base but not as nice as the European version. It still has the “beak” look, but in a small degree lessened.
From Lexus.com very confusing!!! A few other things have gotten bigger: The 2018 NX’s wireless charger tray has grown to accommodate larger smart phones. Then there is the panoramic roof that is no longer. These two will probably be deal breakers for us especially the no roof. That roof looks sooo good!!!
