Misaligned rear hatch
Car approaching 2 years now.
The powered closing mechanism is pulling rear hatch to the driver's side. Now rear hatch sits off centre when closed.
Another trip to the dealer next week.

Narrowness of gap difficult to tell from photos but look carefully and you'll see on the passenger side that the rubber seal is visible. Not apparent on driver's side.
Remember its reversed to the US in Oz.
And yes, they are taken at the same angle.
Passenger side with rubber seal visible
Driver's side. No seal evident

So went to the service department and agreed that visually there was a difference in the gap on each side. 5% difference at the lower end when photographed and measured. No difference at the level of the lights.
They are a very thorough service dept.
Interestingly, 3 other NX's on the lot had a similar issue.
So is it the rear hatch or the bumper moulding. Anyway its only noticeable after a period of ownership and if you stare long enough. We both agreed not to worry about it.
