Default NX200t Phone Connection Problem

When receiving calls they immediately connect then drop for a few seconds (radio plays if it is on) then reconnects call. There is a noticeable gap in time. The dealer did a firmware update in January. The dealer blamed my phone (an iPhone 5s). Have since upgraded to an iPhone 6s. The problem persists.

I've noticed this also, but it has happened very infrequently. Sorry, but I can't remember if it was when receiving a call or making a call
