Default Xpel Ultimate Prices?

Looking into putting an Xpel Ultimate paint protection film on my NX. I have a 950$ quote from a highly reputed detailing place for the entire front bumper, partial hood, partial fenders and side mirrors. This is before taxes and some price negotiation as well. Just wondering how much others have paid for their PPF and if this is a good price.

I think, that's reasonable, I paid $800 but don't believe the mirrors were included, the headlights and fog-lights definitely were.

Good price. A shop in NYC told me they usually do it for $2150, but dude would do the job for me for $1850. This included full hood, fenders, mirrors, headlights, A pillars, leading edge of the roof, front bumper. I ended up not doing it.

That's a lot of areas covered, not sure the cost/risk ratio makes sense at that cost.

I had the same areas wrapped except full hood for $1000 (before taxes and such). Reasonable price (from a Canadian perspective). This product is a must in Canadian winters. There is so much gravel on the roads your vehicle will easily become pockmarked after just one winter. I think fender protection is less critical on the recent Lexus designs due to the plastic wheel arches so partial fenders are the way to go for the NX.

We had entire front clip covered, plus mirrors and rocker panels. It was $1200. Based on that, I think your quote sounds reasonable.

Don't do the mirrors, it will make a whistle noise at speed. This is what my dealer told me and my previous vehicle (a Mazda) had the mirrors done and always had a minor whistle with the windows down that I couldn't track down so I believe it.

My full front bumper, partial hood, partial fenders, and inner door handles was just over $1000.

Wow! Never had a problem w/ whistle noises from the mirrors when done w/ clear bra, However, I've done most of my vehicles w/ the
3M Scotch clear bra! That's what my guy uses in his tint & clear bra business. He use to use Xpel, but didn't like the quality or their warranty.
Here is a link to one of the many videos comparing some of the clear bra material. I've always had very good luck with the 3M Scotchgard Pro!
If you like the Xpel, that's cool. Just didn't like it on one of my earlier vehicle!

Hope you find what works best for you.

I had 3m on my Mazda, it whistled...This is the first time with Xpel. First impressions is the Xpel installation was far better with no imperfections but that could be up to the installer.

Maybe it is the installers. I just know my guy has used both & likes the 3M Scotchgard & I never had any whistling. Maybe he does it better. All I know is
I had a bad rock tear on the top of a quarter panel on my older RDX & he replaced it under warranty & it was over 2 years old. Hope you enjoy the
Xpel & it works out good for you.

I was quoted $1200 which included full hood.

So $900 sounds reasonable.
