Default Painted brake calipers anyone?

Considering painting the calipers on my F-sport but I am unsure of it will look tacky or not. Would probably just go with red if I do but wondering if anyone has done this before? Any pics someone is willing to share to see what it would like behind the F-sport darker colored rims?

Sorry...but I feel it would look tacky because of the small brake calipers on the NX. It would bring attention to them, which isn't good IMO.

Generally, I like painted or powder coated calipers, but only when the brake package is worth highlighting. I painted the calipers on my MINI a few years ago, and was sorry after about a month. Brake dust made them dirty all the time, and they were almost impossible to clean without removing the wheels. I finally repainted them darker blue to hide the dirt a bit. Plus, the brakes were too small on that car, too.

Good point guys, didn't realize the calipers on the NX are so puny. Think I am going to hold off on this mod.
