patiently waiting for this...otherwise will need to get someone to fab something up!

Was thinking about this the other day as well. I honestly havent even looked under the hood of our FSport since purchasing it earlier this year. haha

me neither lol

but I am interested in boosting the air intake and getting more performance and getting better mpg.

More performance will never equate to more mpg. Ever.

You can definitely boost the efficiency but generally speaking... Swacer is right. Even with a freer flowing intake, its doubtful you will actually see a noticeably higher MPG in real-world driving. I wouldn't mind a set of nice BOV's just for the added sound effect

If you just want to fool around a bit, try this.

Pop the hood, look for the air filter box, unclip the clips holding the airbox together and skew the intake to the side so you are running unfiltered. Close the hood and enjoy the sound effects. LOL.

Needless to say, don't do this full time, as the air flter is there for a reason...

Try to extend an olive branch to AEM or Injen or a JDM company. However, they are going to say that the market for this would be so small the R&D isn't worth it to them...

I've gotten parts made for my Genesis Coupe and Camaro simply by inquiring to a company, telling them people want something and are WILLING to shell out money for it, starting a Group Buy, and making it happen. heck, I just got a new shifter for my 4R that way.
