Default Mixed reviews on the F-Sport front grill

So I just placed an order for the Lexus NX, non F-Sport version (Due for delivery in 3-months, sheesh)

For some reason I just could not bring myself around to liking the mesh-like front grill. Here in Dubai, we have a different front grill for the NX200t (Non F-Sport) which looks better.

Thoughts?

What thoughts are you looking for here?

All its going to do is cause a debate in which people get butthurt that other people don't like their front grill.

I suppose you're right. Was just wondering how strongly people felt about the front-grill for the F-Sport.

I wish Lexus had that as an option. All sports gear minus the front mesh grill.

Its all personal preference. We chose the NX 200t F Sport over many other CUV's because for us we love to styling and look of the F Sport. We are well aware that the style can be polarizing to some and that is just fine with us.

I chose the F Sport because of the front grille. It is a beautiful piece of art work, and doesn't look like all the other SUV's or CUV's out there, and it is the new face for most all of the Lexus line up.

I, too, love the look of the F-Sport. But I loved ventilated seats more, and this was a deal-breaker requirement for me.

Add another to liking the F Sport front grille. One one the reasons I like the car so much. I hate cleaning it, but I like the look of it, for sure!!

I agree about PITA to clean and dry. My solution is to use the leaf blower to remove the water on the grill. Works like a champ.
Enjoy,
Ray

Thanks for this tip….I have always had problems after washing the grille, having water splash up on the hood for awhile until it dries. I will give the leaf blower a try !

Yeah, that's how I dry it, for sure. I discovered that little trick years ago when washing my motorcycles.

I also chose the fsport due to the grill/front end. It completes the over all chiseled look of the NX. The N.A. non-F sport undercut "chin" looks terrible IMO. The world version of the non-fsport front end is fine.

I like both grilles, but my husband hated the F-sport grill. To each his own! Since the differences between the two models are fairly minor, ventilated seats was our deciding factor

So true. It's inevitable.

I hereby decree that if you get offended because someone doesn't like your vehicle's front grill then you have bigger issues than we around here are capable of dealing with.

Everyone, please use my rule: if you are inclined to be offended by something, try to examine it and determine whether it was intentionally said specifically to offend you. If not, STHU.

Count me in for loving the grille of the F Sport. It would be icing on the cake if the seats were ventilated. Non F Sport grille to pointy. Looks to much like the RX.
Besides it looks really bad ***!
