They may take their time but usually problems resolved eventually.

Cars aren't all perfect makers get parts supplied by hundreds of parts suppliers. Think air bags. It happens with any mechanical device. Lexus in general is pretty special. Sure some dealers are not as responsive but the two I deal with bend over backwards.
My service writer is cool as they come. He gets me right in and has even written off minor things for free. But, he has a love for Supra's.... :wink:
