Good reviews. I've had zero issues with the infotainment or anything with the navigation system. I'm pretty good on computers though and love all this technology.

Good article, and my wife loves the car. She says it really feels like a luxury car, not a small SUV.
But, I also find the infotainment/navigation system hard to use. A baseball bat is a bit far fetched, but the touchscreen in the LS is much easier to use and understand.

I read the negative reviews about the touch pad so I went to my dealer, 3 times now, and found that the pad can be a little sensitive, sometimes overshoots the icon I want. The haptic feedback can be adjusted but there is no way to adjust the actual curser sensitivity. However, many functions can be accessed through hard buttons and voice commands so you’re not limited to just the remote touch interface. It’s not enough of an issue to be a deal breaker, for me anyhow. The best advice I could give is try it out for yourself.

I also found the haptic feedback unbearable, so I just turned it off. And although there are ways to navigate I would prefer (touchscreen, a better ****, etc.), it hasn't been anything that would keep me from recommending the NX to anyone.

Yep, just turn off the haptic feedback and it's virtually like using a laptop's touchpad!

When you say you are turning off the feedback, do you mean that you are turning the feedback setting to the lowest setting?

yes, the lowest setting is the equivalent of disabling the haptic feedback mechanism
