Question for current Lexus owners on loaners.

As I am looking at my local dealers for a future purchase all of them tout they offer service loaners. I am curious if it is for any Lexus vehicle they are servicing or only for vehicles bought from their dealer? I have seen with other manufacturers that they will give loaners to people who bought a car from them or for warranty service taking over 2-3 hours. I have also heard stories where friends get loaners on oil changes and free car washes from vehicles bought at their dealers (non-Lexus). Since the best price for my future Lexus may not be at the 2 closest dealers i want to see if I am sacrificing this service since the 2 dealers that seem to have the best prices are about 40-50 miles away from where I live and work.

Just call the closest dealer and ask the service dept if they provide loaners on any Lexus vehicle, even if not bought there... should be simple as that. They are probably going to say Yes if it is Warranty work.

I have 2 Lexus vehicles, one bought about 2 hours away, and the other bought about 20min away... obviously they are both serviced at the 20 minute away dealer. Have always gotten a loaner Lexus vehicle when either was in for warranty type things - except once when it was just the IS350's 5K checkup, I just hung out for an hour or so and did not even ask about a loaner.
