Actually dealer processing fee is $699.
That is included in the 40796 price.
I negotiated price including dealer processing fee.
The other fee is a dealer business tax imposed by county which is about $70 of the $113.50

Got a 2017 Lexus NX 300h AWD in Nebula Gray Pearl with Premium Package, Auto dimming mirror w/ home link, Outside dimming mirror + Blind Spot w/ cross traffic, Park Assist, Heated Steering Wheel, Navigation Package, Power back door, Pre collision package, cargo net/mat, wheel Locks, Bumper Protector, key gloves, and "dealer add on package": front window tint, edge guard, and nitrogen tires... MSRP 48,364 + $795 dealer add on package + $500 shipping for dealer to trade their vehicle for this one.
Got it for: $45,759 + taxes/title + $200 dealer fee.

2017 Nx200t FWD F-Sport (Nebula Grey) Msrp $39,258 Paid $36,500 OTD. No options packages (only Heated steering wheel, summer tires, wheel locks, dealer added cargo liner net and clear shields on the door edge/ handles.) The $1000 acquisition Cash and $1000 Lexus certificate (for being prev lexus owner that was emailed to me) was applied. Deal was in SoCal
