NX price paid/ Lease

Most people normally recommend to never put money down or do trade-in for a lease..but yeah it def. helps on payments. Also that MF seems high...it should always have 3 zeros... 0.00055, etc. That MF seems very high....ask for the "buy rate"..they might be charging you too much to make extra money off you.

Probably...but not sure about TX market. My 2018 NX AWD F-Sport (from the DC Area..Silver Spring, MD to be exact) had MSRP of $44,474 and I got it down to $39,000 (INCLUDING all taxes/fees). That was the all-in walk-out price. So I got the car price was down to like $37,000 (before taxes/fees). I got about $7,500 off MSRP (~17%). I decided to lease though, so the grand total was +$795 for acquisition fee ($39,795). I'm paying about $426 a month...I might actually buy it after my lease ends..I did the math and to be honest, its like paying a 5 year loan to purchase over 8 years...but with much lower monthly fees. It's not costing me much more (very little in fact), especially when you take into account everything lease covers for first 3 years and the what I can do with the monthly savings (investing, etc).
If I were you, I'd all ever Lexus dealership within 100 miles and just start asking for best offers for all in cost..and then just telling what price you want..start very low and let them counter..eventually you'll hit a ceiling where you feel these dealerships cannot cross...as a last resort tell them "what the other guy is offering" - to finalize and get price. I called all 7 dealerships in my area and spoke to them all multiple times over 3 days until I got the lowest price possible in the area at the time (at least during my efforts).
That's what I did. Just my 2 cents.

Also have outside financing for 2.49% for 36 months. Can't really beat that rate.

Right on. Based on your numbers, there's another $1-2k savings in there. Also, this dealer doubles the complimentary maintenance from 1 year to 2 years. It's not much, but it's worth noting. Kind of a stranglehold on dealers down in Houston though. There are 5 in the greater Houston area, all owned by 2 parent companies. But we do have a relationship so this was first offer. I'll press for more and have them tint the two front windows.

My Brother is in the market for a new cross-over and after riding in my GX460 he is looking at Lexus.
Anyway after playing with the Lexus.com Build tool he assembled a NX300 F-Sport FWD with pretty much everything in it for an MSRP of $48,515.
When I purchased my GX460, all said and done I walked out about $5,500 off of MSRP, is that possible with a NX300 F-Sport FWD or is it possible to even go to say $6.000 off of MSRP.
Thanks

So the $48,500 MRSP should be able to come closer to $41,500 for the car sales price..just based on my experience and what I've read form previous posts. Ofc the $2k promo rebate helps a lot.

I am currently looking to purchase a new 2018/2019 NX, and am in the mid-west where there are not many Lexus dealers (2) within a reasonable distance away. The two dealers here do not have the color combination or trim level I am looking for, so it will have to be transferred. Any opinions on if there is much hope there is in getting below MSRP, or any tips on how to negotiate in this position? Also, should I be more aggressive in seeking a 2018 to attempt to get extra discounts, or is this likely not a huge driver in how much room they have on the price?
