Is the $750 cash rebate included in your sale price above or is $750 deducted in the end? Trying to figure out what % off MSRP you were quoted. Thanks!

Default % off MSRP 2018 NX

Considering the current $750 cashback, December to Remember, end of the month and year. What % off MSRP should I aim for (price before taxes/tags)?
I’m looking to purchase new 2018 NX AWD (no Navi) this week. Thanks!

I suspect that $300 of the drive off is profit for the dealer, since it doesn't appear to be coming off the cap cost.
So if they quoted me (for the same terms):

1. Cap cost: $41,840 with 0 down
or
2. Cap cost: $40,606 with $1,500 drive off.

So that means the 1st option is a better deal, correct?

Assuming the lease payment amount, the number of payments, and the residual value are all the same.

How much should I expect to pay for a leftover 2017 Fsport AWD with an msrp of $48,311 ? I have seen a few dealers in my area (DC/MD/VA) with some leftovers. They are all telling me to go to the dealership in-person for the best price (I was trying to negotiate over email). Reading this thread, I should get a decent discount...maybe 20% off msrp?
Thanks for any insight.

I would think 15% minimum

Just picked up a new lease over the weekend on a 2018 NX F Sport FWD!

36 months/10k miles
MSRP: 46458
Cap Cost: 40531
Taxes and Fees: ~509
8 MSDs totaling 3200
Lexus Cash Rebate: 750
0 down, rolled everything else besides the 750 into the monthly payments so the only thing due at signing was the 3200 in security deposits

Monthly payments: ~364 + tax = ~396

How does the 750 Lexus cash rebate work? Is it deducted from the cap cost or is it already included in the cap cost?

You should specify that when you are asking for quotes from the dealers. Otherwise they will tell you the cap cost after deducting the 750 as your sell price to make it look better. I specifically asked for quotes for the cap cost before the cash rebate was applied.

Looking to buy an NX 300 this weekend in the Los Angeles area. Premium package, Nav package, power rear door, parking assist. I'm looking at 12% under MSRP plus the $750 rebate. I think that's a pretty decent deal--anybody finding better out there?

Ended up with 13.05% off MSRP plus $750 rebate (cash purchase). Amazing deals out there this weekend!

I was able to negotiate 12.3% off MSRP plus $750 rebate. I did a lot of research and negotiating and that was the best deal I could do on a 2018 F Sport. Purchase not lease.

My wife picked up her 2018 NX300T AWD new from the dealer a week or two ago.

Color: Caviar
Interior: Perforated Crème leather with Linear Black Shadow wood trim

Has the following (packages options)
  • Luxury Package
  • Navi Package
  • Intuitive Parking Assist
  • Electronic inside mirror
  • Power rear lift gate with foot gesture
  • Triple LED headlights
  • wheel locks, rear cargo mat, carpet cargo mat, all weather floor liners, carpet floor liners, key gloves, and cargo net.
I'm installing illuminated door sills, mudguards, and running boards. You can easily get those more than half off if you look online compared to paying for them full price on the configurator tool that lexus has.

They were asking for around $48.5 for it. She got them down to $44.4. She also got the 1.9% APR as well.
I'd say she did good without me being there honestly...lol

Hello,
Can you please share the dealer information with me? I'm interested to either buy or lease the NX300 AWD recently.
