As can be expected, lateral grip increased at the expense of longitudinal grip, since contact patch remains the same size given identical tire pressure. The vehicle can hold higher speeds while cornering, but TCS often kicks in when flooring the throttle from a stop. That's totally fine with me - I'm having more fun anyway

EDIT: I'm running GT Radial Champiro HPY's though, so grip is definitely less than what is possible with a better tire like Michelin Latitude Sport 3.
