Trade your vehicle for the NX?
Now that you've seen the NX, would you trade your vehicle for it? Which vehicle would you give up and for which NX?

I really like it, but it's too small for us. Will keep our RX for now and hope the next RX looks a lot like a bigger NX...

Probably waited a year or two and see how the new RX looks like. Size of NX is between X1 and X3. When we purchased the RX, it was a toss between RX and X3. It was the overall build quality, better interior and high reliability which made us buy the RX.
The size of NX seems right as we sometimes find the RX a bit too big for our needs. And the projected gas consumption for NX seems to be better. Still need to see the NX in person, and wait and see how the new RX would like. There is certainly some compromise of some materials and features between the current RX and the NX. But with a better price point, NX should still be a good option.

RX350 → NX300h
Maybe in a year or two my wife and I may consider trading her 2010 RX350 for a NX300h. We're very impressed with the fuel economy and comfort afforded by my new CT200h and would be very interested in the NX hybrid providing it gets significantly better MPG's than the NX200t and isn't priced outrageously high. We're willing to wait until the dealers are well stocked with NX's and the new-model hype has died down.

Aesthetically, a hidden rear wiper at the top is better. It is either cost cutting to meet the price point or there are gadgets at the top of the windshield ---- cameras to make the panoramic monitor works. More detailed picture or seeing the car up close should provide an answer.

Pole Position
The size looks great but we might be more inclined to replace our Prius rather than our RX. If the seats are narrow like the CT's seating, we will not be interested. It is just too early to tell until we get to see one in person. The main criticism with the RX is height. My wife isn't very tall and she loves the RX but struggles a bit with access. The height of the NX may hit that "just right" altitude.
We do like the styling as far as we can tell from the images. Assuming it provides a quieter smoother ride than the Prius, and the seats fit us well, I still think we would prefer to replace the Prius and keep the RX. Since this will be our daily driver, the fuel consumption of the hybrid model will also be a big factor. We have always liked our Priuses, but we are a little weary of the bouncy ride and the noise levels. We will not make any decision however until we can also review the new Prius which is also due for the 2015 model year.
Anyway, first impression is positive.

Yes trade it in for our RX F-Sport as the lease ends in November. I will be getting an NX F-Sport. In fact, I already put down a deposit a week ago.
