2015 NX 200t F-Sport. New to the family.
Wife just traded in her RX for a NX 200t F-Sport. Have to see if she really likes it better. Prior to her RX, she had the CT-200, and had it for a couple of years until she said she wanted a bigger car, thus the change to the RX at that time. Hope she likes this NX. I like the F-Sport premium packaged interior, but coming from a premium packaged RX, it's no upgrade. Not as refined as the RX, but more fun to drive. Hope we get a little better gas millage than the RX, but not hoping for much. Best of all, it's smaller than the RX, which is what we wanted, but still like to have a somewhat quiet Lexus type ride.
Test drove the UX same day we bought this NX. UX nice for a city only car (which is what it's for), but thought for the money, a used 2015 NX 200t F-Sport, that looks like new, and with all the premium packages for over $10,000 less than a new UX, was a way better deal!
Looks good in the garage, parked next to my RCF!

Hello, all. Just purchased my used 2016 F Sport this past December. It's black with red interior. It has all the bells and whistles, minus lane departure warning. It also includes the Qi wireless charger in the console box which I really don't like. I don't use it and have no plans to use it so it currently just takes up space and is in the way. If anyone has removed it or had it removed I would love to hear about it. I'd like to remove mine.
Great forum, btw.

New (2015) NX
Bought NX200t F Sport last month, all goodies except LKA , Silver Lining Metallic w/ black interior CPO. Shares garage with my 2015 GS 350.
(My garage looks great with 2 Lexuses in it!) Traded in my beloved Honda CR-V. Am loving the NX, much quicker than I thought and all the Lexus comforts
and reliability. Thiis is my 11th Lexus and I've covered most of the bases with most models. Am getting older (72 next month) so these may be last two.
Of course, I said that a few Lexuses ago. Have gotten lots of good info from my GS forum, and hope to get same from this one. Glad to be one of you.

Hi All,
just picked up my new to me 2016 Eminent White Pearl with the 2 tone flaxen and black interior with 28k. Car is pretty well optioned and the only thing I didn’t get that I would have liked was the heated steering wheel. I actually chose this base over an almost identical F sport only because I liked the 2 tone interior over the all black and I saved a few grand too. Looking forward to finding out all I can about this car here.
i decided to go with the NX after a month of looking at every possible luxury SUV I could and came within minutes of pulling the trigger on a Porsche Cayenne, but decided to stay with the safe, reliable and certainly cheaper to own Lexus. I replaced my fantastic Infiniti FX35 for this so I’m hoping I can live with the smaller but sexier NX. At least now there are 2 Lexus in the garage, to go with my wife’s ES.

Pole Position
Congrats on the new NX Boomer80. My NX also shares a garage with an ES. The ES is quieter and has a smoother ride, but the NX is more fun. Both nice vehicles. Just make sure you aren’t expecting Porsche Cayenne performance in a Lexus package because you would be disappointed.

Long time Lexus fan, first time owner. I recently bought a CPO 2018 NX300 F-sport with only 10,860 miles. Pearl Eminent White, black leather interior, w/Nav package. It was a dealer loaner so I am the first private owner. The buying experience was first rate at Lexus of Lakeway in Austin Texas. I traded in my 1999 Camary V6 XLE with 180K miles. It was a cash car that I had worked on but after it developed three big issues in the course of two weeks, it was time to let it go and I did not want to deal with the hassle of trying to sell it. Overall I am really happy with my NX so far. I had been casually shopping for a new car over the past several months, drove a good number of vehicles, read and watched tons of reviews. Really thought I was going to stay in a sedan but when this NX showed up for sale, it fit the bill nicely. Looking forward to many miles and years with the NX and checking out what other owners have to say here on the forums.

New To Forum, Hello Everyone!
Hi Fellow Lexus Enthusiasts!
My name is Troy and I just picked up a 2016 L/Certified NX 200t F Sport from my friends at Longo Lexus in El Monte, California. Thank you Anthony Nguyen for a painless transaction and Jeff Chang for always taking great care of me!
Some of you may know me, I own Five Axis and we've build a few Lexus Concepts and Show Cars, over the years. I'm just here to share my NX, with you, and make some new friends. I've always liked the NX, F Sport, not the wedge nose version, haha. I figured I'd wait a few years and with the recent L/Certified promos I had to take a second look and stumbled upon this very gently used 2016 with 26K miles on it at Longo Lexus. Keep in mind these guys do a nice job of prepping their cars and this one even had brand new Yokohama rubber on it which, as you'll see, was no benefit for me. Regardless, it's super clean and the interior is immaculate. I am very happy.
As some of you may remember, we used to have a wheel line called FIVE:AD but we ended it several years ago. I kept some of the old 19's and 20's for stuff like this. I originally was going to put 19x9.5 square but after seeing some others with 20's, I knew I had to step up and I had a pallet of staggered 20's made mainly for Z cars, on ice for this occasion. My favorite design has always been the S5:F especially the deep dish of the 19 and 20x10.5. It's crazy the 10.5 +22 fits perfectly right up in there with a stretched tire. I did have to cut some plastic and metal but nothing crazy and I do it on all my slammed rides already!
Anyways, here's what I've done, so far.
My Car: 2016 Lexus NX 200t F Sport (L/Certified)
Color: Silver Lining Metallic
Wheels: FIVE:AD S5:F 20x9.5 +25 F, 20x10.5 +22 R (Please don't ask, I only have my private stash of FIVE:AD wheels left, not for sale! Sorry!)
Tires: Sumitomo HTR A/S 245/45R20 F, 275/40R20 R
Suspension: RS-R Sports-i Coilover System -45mm F/R
Suspension set up is very nice and has almost 50 clicks between hard and soft settings on the dampers. I have it favoring the firmer side, at the moment.
The ride is a little sportier but still really nice compared to all my slammed cars, or even our stock FJ.
I wanted a fatter tire sidewall, being that this is an SUV so 20" wheels were the logical choice. I chose to stretch both front and rear tires to give it less of a truck tire look and more sportier appearance. Still playing with the offset and might poke the wheels out a little more. Right now it's pretty flush
Overall super happy with the car and dig some of the little design and engineering features. A single jack point in the front and rear is pretty cool for us tuner folks!
Prob going to tune the audio, next, with my buds at Pioneer who make the factory system. Just need more boom boom.
Might inquire into a front brake kit with my friends at Stoptech but that's probably it. Not interested in exhaust or noise makers.
Here's what it looks like, for now.

Hi all,
I am very excited having signed the Purchase Agreement of an off-lease 2016 nx200t F Sport Series 2. Some pics attached below.
Since I have some time to mull over the extended warranty after the 4 year factory warranty (still have 1 more year to go), and although I don't intend to, how would the current members of this forum advise about these kind of extended warranties from the dealer?
Many thanks!
Dave
