Replacing a 2009 Infiniti G37. Loved that car and had absolutely no mechanical issues, but wanted a AWD and Apple CarPlay. After reading a lot of reviews I chose to order the NX 350h in December 2021. Received the NX mid July. It was worth the wait! So far, I love everything about it!

2016 RX350 to my NX350h. No issues with the RX, got a decent 23/24 mpg, but was a boring car to drive. Love my decision!

I traded in a 2017 Audi A6 Prestige for an NX 350h Luxury. The Audi was a wonderful car to drive. It was, however, too expensive to maintain and it only got 24mpg.

Sold my 6 month old 2022 BMW M3 Xdrive for an NX450h+.

Some may think I'm crazy but really didn't need 500hp in stop and go traffic in NYC. Pretty happy with the vehicle. Obviously does not handle the same way and is nowhere as fast but pretty peppy for a heavy car. Great for city driving.

Also sold my BMW for more than I purchased it for new with 10k miles, so was a good opportunity to go in a completely opposite direction. My last 3 cars before that were an Audi RS3, Golf R and an Audi S4. So a Lexus is a first for me, and normally what I would have not looked at but I've been pleasantly surprised with build quality and ride.

My story is similar, minus the NYC traffic. 15 years of M cars (E36, E46, E92), 2 Porsches, Audi RS5 Cabriolet, followed by a 2-year misstep with a 2020 RDX (...between the poor build quality, software bugs, and really bad dealer experience which was only bested in crappiness by a Ford dealer experience 30 years ago, I'll never ever have another Acura), I gave Lexus a whirl for the first time ever and am very - very - pleasantly surprised. 100% satisfied. 2021 Model 3 Performance. Got it before all the price increases and traded it in for over what I purchased it for. Got the NX450h+, with $199 interior protection markup.

How will the Tesla stock price sustain when Lexus,Toyota, Mercedes and almost every manufacturer come out this year or early next year with better looking, more reliable and better quality EV. Tesla has the notoriety of having both their SUV's the Model Y and X and Model S listed under the Consumer Reports the ten most unreliable vehicles. J D Power the last time they ranked Tesla was 2021 when they were 30 out of 34 in dependability. Lexus was #1. Consumer Reports has Lexus #1 and Tesla 27th out of 28 in reliability. Go out on the web including YouTube and search about Tesla's poor workmanship like paint and uneven door gaps etc.

most are announcing but dragging their feet when it comes to delivery. I read somewhere toyota is planning to buy back the bZ4X because of problems. But Tesla has a huge problem in their hands if brand loyalty is missing. In fact I suspect the whole EV push will start to get pushback as more and more buying try EV and return to gas/hybrid. Tesla benefited a lot of legislation and they are about to benefit some more with the new bill.

Replacing a 2018 BMW X1, with a 350h Luxury package. Atomic Silver and Red interior. This is assuming of course that it arrives before my lease expires. Otherwise I might have to buy out the X1 and keep it for a little longer….
