Today is reveal day for the new RX. Interesting to see if it's similar to the new NX.

Might be easier to get an RX hybrid than a NX350H or 450H....apparently it's an 18 month wait where I am...for an NX

 

The 22 NX was revealed in June 21 and it took 6 months before anyone got one. We probably won’t see RX for awhile. Took me 10 months!

 

I just traded in my 16' RX on my NXh. Happy I did it before prices drop for the current generation. Tech guy at the dealer told me there will be a 2.5L turbo (non plug-in) hybrid in the RX lineup. We will see...

 

There are what look like leaked photos from an RX presentation on the RX 4th gen forum, and the interior looks VERY much like the new NX. I am feeling very good about my decision to step down to the NX.

 

I'm not ruling out the RX even though I ordered a NX350h executive package which should arrive in a couple more months. It would be a better fit size-wise for us but likely significantly more expensive and who knows what the actual wait time will be. I keep reading about how slightly used vehicles are selling for more that new ones - I wonder if I could come to some kind of agreement with my dealer to give them my new NX in exchange for a good deal on the RX hybrid within 8 months or so. Yeah, probably just a pipe dream...
