Default For those who cant get SEAT MEMORY button to work...

Someone here said to move the seat all the way forward and back to initialize it.

Went to dealer, she told me to turn the car on, move the seat all the way forward, all they way back, all the way up, all the way down, all the way recline in both directions and THEN it is initialized.

This worked for me, so far.

What does not work and the dealer and I did it twice, is link my key fob to my profile in the car and have the car recognize me as to seats and wheel position, if anyone knows the trick let me know.

Also I read or saw that when you are ready to do the seat memory that you push set first then push the button you want programmed, dealer did pushed both at same time and that worked, dont know if there is a difference or not.

I had the problem with seat memory when I picked up the car as well. Even I saved my seat position into memory #1 as well as drive around for few minutes and press Park to save it to the cloud, the seat won't return to my saved position after restart the vehicle. I bought it to the dealership and they need to perform a seat setting reset (some reset function that the mechanic can perform). After the reset, everything works fine.

I released a video on this. You don't need to bring it back to the dealership to setup your seats

Thanks a lot... now I remembered the seat was beeping like what it's shown on the video when I adjust. I bet the dealership forgot to initialize the seat before I pick up the vehicle. They fixed it when I bring it back for the first 1600km service.

By the way the dealership shown in the video looks like it is Don Valley North Lexus... isn't it? I purchased my 350h from there as well, as I remembered the stair down to the indoor parking where they wash and wax the car.

Thanks for this!! Been struggling with random seat memory issues and the dealer had CLEARLY forgotten this step! Followed these steps and boom, problem solved!

That’s great, thanks! How about how do we get the seat memory function to work with linking the profile to the key fob that you use, because I don’t seem to be able to figure that out, I thought the seat was supposed to remember you based on profile and key fob, but maybe not?

I have subscribed to your videos and I watch them and thank you.

Once you have programmed a seat to number one let’s say, and you want to change that and and have it still be number one, what do you do, I just move the seat then pushed set and number one same time and nothing happened.

Do you have to D program number one first somehow?
