Well those apps exist in the CarPlay and Android Auto interfaces. Waze isn’t an app in the Lexus interface. You may want to delete the connection to CP and AA and try re-adding again.
on iPhone at least, the apps are under Settings > General > CarPlay > (name of car) > Customize
you can then add or remove and reorganize apps on that screen. You cannot remove the car app though (I.e Lexus app, that takes you to the Home Screen) but you can remove the Waze app, and reorganize them to different pages.
