Default Lexus Connect issue

My 2023 NX450H+ refuses to connect to my phone. The system doesn't provide me with the 8 digit number to sync with my phone, which is compatible. Any ideas?

First step normally is to remove any existing or attempted connection from the car AND your phone, then start fresh with a new attempt.

While in your car with it not turned on, turn completely off your phone's bluetooth and wifi connections. Open up your bluetooth feature on your phone and turn on your car. Your phone should see your car, click on it to attempt to connect and see what happens. Also turn back on your wifi. This sometimes helps to initiate the handshake for the 2 devices. Keep an eye on anything else that's trying to connect to your phones bluetooth and wireless as well. If something comes up you can 'forget' the device for now so that you can have the phone work on the connection to the car. I had an iPhone XR up until recently and it was a little challenging to get it to connect wirelessly to car. I found that if I used the wired connection it worked easier.
