Anyone receive anything about the backup camera software update?

I’m looking to buy a Certified Pre Own NX250. But can’t get a Lexus dealer to sell one due to the update not being done

 

Nothing yet from Lexus per customer service when I called them few days ago.

 

NX 250 is a very rare version of NX.

 

We took our NX-450h+ yesterday to the Lexus dealer for regular maintenance, and they said that there was a rear camera update that needed an extra hour to apply. We hadn't received any notice about it prior to that.

 

Don’t happen to know if it was a complete software update? Like 2030?

Or was it just for the backup camera recall?
