Our PHEV will be stored for 4.5 months. Will be traveling. How does this look?

Full tank of as fresh as possible fuel with Sta-Bil
CTEK 7002 connected under the hood
Can the EV battery be at 100% or leave somewhere around 75-80%??
Tires... may or may not over inflate....

 

I would suggest taking a page from smartphone/laptop manufacturers, they normally have the internal battery at 50-60% charge for long term storage/shipping.

 

Store it with around 20miles (EV miles)? That should be a safe area?

 

Pump up tires to about 45 psi AND REMEMBER to adjust when you return. Lots of battery powered pumps out there now where you can set the pressure and it will pump until set pressure reached then shut off. Makes setting all 4 to exactly the same pressure a very easy task. always adjust pressure when tires are cold and haven't been sitting in sunlight. The sun will warm up the two tires in the light and the opposite side tires will end up a few pounds less. I usually do it after sun goes down in early evening or just after you roll it out of your garage, provided it's not cooking hot in there.
