Can't create a profile - Please Help!
I have a 2023 NX 350 and I can't create a profile. There is only Guest on the settings screen, and the Get Started button is faded out and cannot be pressed. I called Lexus Support, and they were no help. I am assuming the previous owner still has their profile linked to the car. I tried the system reset and it still doesn't work. On the main Drive Connect screen the Get Started button gives an error that Data Services Disabled and to use the Lexus Mobile App. Nothing is working. Does anyone have a fix?

try adding your phone in the bluetooth menu first. Then proceed to add your profile , it should pop up with a barcode for you to scan.
