Hello. So since 6/24/2025 I started up my car and all these malfunction show up. Vehicle is been toll back to the dealership. They tested sensor were good, hardness were good, they even swapped out the start&stop ecu this Wednesday(7/16/2025)but nothing resolve the problem. Check engine light was on recently so is the airbag. They kept telling me theres NOTHING wrong with my car. Clearly there is something wrong with it. Does any one know what can cause this issue? They also tested the 12V and it was fine.
Its a 2022 NX350 running at 46k miles. Brought the car brand new and 0 accident.

I would run away from that dealer!! Have they looked at your app and all the alarms? How could they say to you nothing is wrong. I would ask the Service manager to provide you with the work orders or invoices on all their investigative work to date on your car to resolve this, so you have evidence of the work to date. The dealer can call in a regional tech specialist that travels to various dealers to do further investigation work and assist with repairs. Also call your Lexus Customer Service Centre to explain everything. They should open up a case file for you and hopefully help you out with finding another dealer maybe.

Ive been calling lexus corporate for the past week. to pressure them. Yet nothing. Corporate has told me they left a message to the service manager, but they never gave me a call back. And I will continue to keep calling lexus corporate. And everytime ive call the dealer nobody ever pick up my phone calls. Ive also tried to call other dealer that around me, nobody is willing to take my car. Their telling me their sending a field tech out. But yet no ETA when they will be here. And as a owner for 4 lexus owner, I dont deserve to be treated this way. Tbh I dont mind if they tell me it will take us 3 months. At least I have a ETA myself. And not everytime I called in and tell me no ETA. So im just waiting for what?

I also drove 45 mins to a out of state lexus dealer, i show them all the alerts, They also told me they will diagnose the car if they cant come to a soultion it will end up to be like now. Just keep waiting.
You appear to be doing all the right steps. I would also let both head office and dealerships know that if all of these issues are for safety features that aren't working properly on your car, are you safe to drive it? Will the car possibly stop working while you're on the road and put you in danger! Will the airbags deploy if you're in an accident? Will the braking system continue to work properly? Make sure you express that, it hopefully would help to raise their concern for your safety. I don't know where you live but if after a few attempts it doesn't get resolved perhaps you have Lemon Laws and could try to sue Lexus. Maybe ask for a free loaner from Lexus so you're not at any risk. Lexus are known to provide loaners while your vehicle is in for recalls and extensive warranty work.
It looks to me like you drained your 12V battery or it got really low. So if that is the case, then it is indeed nothing wrong with the car, you just need to clear all the error codes and charge up your battery really good and you would be good to go.

Im located in philadelphia, but my car was purchased at Lexus of cherry hill. Because when I purchases my car at 2022 that's the only dealer near me dont do mark up. The car can start and turn off, when I depress the brake the pressure is really low. I've chrck the brake fluid and its good. No leak from pipe to my brakes.
I believe lemon law at philadelphia they gotta fix the problem 3 times and if it still dont get resolve then its the next step

They tested the 12V and told me it was fine. I have nothing hook up to my car beside a radar detector and a dash cam. They charge up my battery the night after the car was dropped off, all those lights went off but after 5 mins it all comes back. I've ask them to test the 12V but they insist that they did.
I thought about the 12 volt battery too but he’s indicated it was checked. I also would suggest a low 12 volt battery will throw up all kinds of codes. I really think the techs are suspect in their lack of diagnostic abilities.

The 12V is the first thing it came to my mind. And ive let them know alreadyalready beginning. Because as I know of low 12V or a nearly dead 12V can cause the whole car system to crash down.

And also to me I wouldn't accept lexus loaner if no ETA was giving to me. It they told me it would be 4 days I'll take it. But no ETA, even if somebody dent the door at the lots they can say it cost them 2k to repair. I personally dont want to take that risk.
Was it parked outside? Any rodents got into the electrical system or have dropping in the engine compartment?
If no rodent issues, it could be many other things.
I pulled this on the internet:
Possible Causes:
Low Voltage/Charging System Problems:
A failing alternator, a weak battery, or a problem with the charging system can cause the voltage to drop, affecting multiple systems and triggering the warning lights.
Electrical System Faults:
Issues with wiring, sensors, or other electrical components can disrupt communication between different modules, leading to warning lights.
Faulty Sensors:
A malfunctioning sensor, such as those in the ABS system or airbag system, could send incorrect signals, causing other lights to illuminate as well.
Multiple System Malfunctions:
In some cases, a single root cause can trigger multiple warning lights. For example, a faulty wheel speed sensor could affect the ABS, traction control, and even the engine management system.
Software Glitches:
In rare instances, software glitches within the vehicle's control modules could cause false alarms.
Save all your documents and each attempt to fix it. Definitely engage Lexus Corp. (800) 255-3987.
Close to warranty expiration so keep good documentation.
If so many tries it can't be fixed, it's a lemon and you may need a lemon lawyer maybe.
