Default Charging App

The app for my 2025 NX450 h+ reads 50% low compared to my industrial grade meter.
Anyone else have a similar result?

I have a lexus case number but when they tried to fix the problem they made it worse. They say they are still working it but???

My Canadian Lexus app does not seem show the state of charge (SOC) of the 12volt battery. Can you please describe where you found that in the app or are you referring to the traction battery predicted mileage?

The only SOC I can locate on my app in the US is for the traction battery. I don't see anything for the 12V battery either.

How do you measure the SOC of the hybrid (traction battery) with your measuring equipment?. It is a
  • 355.2 Volt Sealed Li-ion Battery
  • Nickel manganese cobalt (NMC) cathode
  • 18.1 kWh capacity
  • 96 cells
In the app it shows range that corresponds to the SOC of the battery. The estimated range varies with an algorithm that accounts for your driving style, outside temperature, etc.

you can never use 100% of the battery for EV range as it reserves about 30% for hybrid driving.
