Stiffer suspension possible without parts replacement?
Hello... I'm enjoying a Luxury trim '24 NX 350h purchased in February. Learning curve on all the bells and whistles has been steep at times, but I'm very pleased with 99% of the NX features. Have logged just over 2K miles so far with two roadtrips around the Northwest on a variety of roads. So, to the point: I'm not appreciating the marshmallow soft ride, especially on curvy roads, even with the firmer 20" wheels/tires. Yes, I bought a "luxury" vehicle, but frankly, NX models fly off the dealer lots around here and it's very difficult to compare models/trims. The Luxury trim had the features we wanted, and test drives were urban and short. Now, is it possible to tighten up the suspension without resorting to major parts replacement?

I am sorry to say there are no adjustments without a lot of parts replacements. There are a couple of threads on this forum where people have added aftermarket parts to get a more F-sport controlled ride but they are pretty expensive and they only add so much to an NX. Good Luck.
YMMV,

Not gonna be able to do much without switching to coilovers. TRD door stabilizers and Tanabe strut bar are easy bolt on parts that will help tighten up the handling, but probably not gonna do much for the pillowy ride outside of corners.
In the old days of NASCAR racing, if they wanted a spring to be stiffer, they installed a spring rubber during the next pit stop. They still make them, you put them between coils, thus reducing the number of active coils and increasing the spring rate. Personally I like the ride of my wife's NX350h. Yea, it's not very stiff, but it's a luxury car and it is very comfortable.
EDIT: And for those that want a sportier ride, you bought the wrong car. I've always laughed at the oxymoron, Sport Utility. And the NX is a Luxury Sport Utility, where the only accurate word is Luxury.

It is comfy but wallow-ly. It’s odd though that on square edge hits like a sudden ramp that doesn’t have a smooth transition, it hits it hard. Stiff high speed compression valving?
Needs progressiveness so the suspension doesn't blow right thru its travel. Feels very linear as it is.
