2024 nx350h missing climate control feature in app

Can anyone confirm that these advanced Climate Control features are NOT available to NX owners in the United States.

It seems that only our neighbors to the north (in Canada) are entitled to them.

Made a call to customer service and looks like the app on IOS had just done an update to 2.5.1 recently. There must have been a few snags with the major updates on 2.5 a few weeks ago. Anyway while I was on phone with her the climate feature began to function again. Btw I’m in Canada. I did look at the app details earlier on the App Store here in Canada and it clearly shows (at least) an image of the app and I can see the climate button. Maybe check what images are shown on USA App Store to see if they’re different.
