Does anybody know if this TSB is active in Canada? My dealership advises they will perform it, but if it's not "Canadian" they will charge me the time to do it. Seems ludicrous to me.
I just had my camera software update done yesterday, along with the door handle service campaign. They actually threw on version 2230 for the infotainment system without me even asking.

Anyone who's had the update to 2230 on their older ('22-'24) do you notice much difference from 2170?
2024 NX350h still on 2170
Somehow Lexus Canada and Lexus dealer dont know nothing about it
How is that possible
Supposedly Lexus Canada told me that it looks like there is an update but they cant do it dealer can when talk to dealer they are saying they dont know nothing about it or they just dont want to update?
Cat and mouse game
Any of you guys still sitting on old software?
Any way around these liars?
Thanks
I think many of Canadian owners are sitting at 2170 still. It's obviously very low priority for the dealers is my take, as it really doesn't address any big fires as far as software goes. Hence my question posted before yours, kiska 3463.

Interesting. I just checked my 2022 NX 250 for software updates and it says I am on 2150 and no update is available. I guess I will have to ask for the update at my next dealer visit.

Only been a few days for me so far, the interface itself seems exactly the same. I recall one of the features was not landing you on the blue subscription page on startup. My subscription only ended in March, and I've seen that screen come up on start 2 or 3 times, but not so far after the update. Most of the fixes were apparently connection related. While I didn't often get a whole lot of disconnects when I used Android Auto they were not "uncommon", so far the connections have been bullet proof. Time will tell...
I have the 2024 NX450h+ and am still stuck at 2031 since day 1. The dealer keeps saying only from OTA but there is nothing coming from the dashboard.
Going for service tomorrow and will check again. If no updates, I guess once my lease is done, might get a BYD by chance next year
well, it's better to be stuck at 2031, than being stuck at 1040 like my 2023 NX350h, also from day one
If manufacturer won't change their approach to software support BYD will win easily, they are already super popular here in Europe due to their very good price/quality ratio

They tried it on my behalf and finally installed it (instead of me doing it). I guess you have to try harder to convince them that the OTA is broken in the first place.
Now I can see some of the greyed out features work like surround sound, new animations, etc.
Edit: Forgot to say that I got version 2230 after the update.

Hmm, I tried using my VIN number on that page but it says "We do not have an update available for the model and year of vehicle entered"
And from my experience dealership is completely useless becuase their answers are worse in randomness than ChatGPT.
Sometimes they say that they did update, sometimes that there was error, and sometimes that there is no newer software (which is obviously a lie)

Here is the update. The dealer did the update and now I am at 2230. No idea why I could not do the asoftware update myself and why it was not pushed to me like before. By the way I am in the U.S.
