Got it, so it’s the same with the rear light assembly, I thought the rear turn signal are bulbs are well. After I took the assembly out it’s just a power cord with the LED panel. So in another word there’s no bulbs that could be change out beside the front turn signal.
I’ve checked on some Lexus website that the rear assembly is around 430-480$ a piece. So yes they are quite expensive. And also with the door dome light, could I possible install them myself, do they already have a power cord behind the door panel?
I have the switchback LED replacement but there’s a screw that requires a specialty screw bit that’s holding it together once I bipass that I would be able to replace my LED fog.
In our NX, you can replace the LED bulbs in the front fog lights and rear reverse lights.I tried to replace them but failed. The screw shown in the last photo is on each lamp and I could not unscrew it in the rear lights. When I broke the standard lamp, it turned out that I had ordered the diode lamps from Aliexpress incorrectly.I ordered diode lamps from Toyota, but they do not fit the Lexus at all, although they are very similar. It is necessary to order diode lamps specifically for Lexus. In addition, to install them, you will have to contact an authorized dealer or service station, where there is a special tool for this screw.
Please note that to replace the diode lamp in the fog lights, you will need to lift the car on a lift and remove the plastic protection, unscrew the screw and replace the diode lamps. Here is an example of the correct diode lamps for Lexus. https://sl.aliexpress.ru/p?key=4k7gs1L
the pictures included did have a similar screw but seemed like he didn’t need to remove that part so he never had a tool to unscrew that part of the fog light
