May have done a thread on this already, card always recognizes my fob key as me and the profile I have set up, but never ever recognizes my card key which is what I use most of the time.

Can’t find anything about how to fix that, does anybody know?


now that I think about it you have to program the key to the profile and you can only program one so I would have to unprogrammed the key fob and program the key card but I haven’t done so long I don’t know how

I can figure it out looking it up in the manual or watching the videos but I’m not sure if you can program a key card I guess I’ll find out

I would like to have two profiles for me one for each key and I would have to have them named differently which is no problem I wonder if I can do that

 

My key card will recognize but you need to give it at least 15 seconds before your name pops up under welcome on the tach

 

I can’t make a new profile without creating a new account I want to be able to have the car recognize the key fob and the card key under the same profile, does anyone know how to do that, as I already have the profile set up with the fob key etc.

 

Mine are both setup to the same profile. This was done at the dealership when I picked up my car.

 

But I’m wondering as there is a “link key” button that is turned on and blue because my fob key is linked but if I were to turn that off would it then allow me to link a new key?? I’m not sure I’m afraid to turn it off because I don’t know what will happen.

 

From other threads I believe but not sure delete your profile and redo it.

 

Trying to avoid that don’t know if I would do it right I’ll have to watch the video on how to do it again.
