How is the AC system in the NX 450H+? Is it cooling the car in this blazing heat for the summer?

Your thoughts before I go buy one of these or a RAV4 Prime

 

I have a 23 NX 450H+ and my AC is doing a great job here in Central West Florida (about an hour north of Tampa). I keep the system on Auto and Recirculate to keep the temperature set at a constant and to not pull in hot air from outside. On a nice day I'll run the AC as normal above but I change to Fresh Air and open all the windows and cruise to town and back, maybe 15 miles total just to clean the air in the cabin. But it has to be a nice cool day before I do that, none of these 100+ days.

On my 6th Lexus and have never had an issue keeping cool in Florida. The first 3 Lexus ES's I was on Space Coast (east coast by the Kennedy Space Center) hotter than where I am today on the opposite coast.

 

If anything, it’s too cold… here in SC. Works great.
