I lease a NX 2020 Luxury model

ISSUE: WHETHER ANY OTHER LEXUS DRIVER EXPERIENCES ISSUE WITH THE DATA COMMUNICATIONS MODULE

The Service Connect including the use of sensors and the Data Communications Module (DCM). The defects substantially impair the vehicle’s health report, maintenance alerts, remote services, vehicle finder, guest driver monitor, door lock/unlock, vehicle status and alerts, get directions and destinations delivered and en-route navigation assistance.

 

Judging by the lack of response, it doesn't seem like a widespread issue. Doesn't mean it hasn't happened to the people though.
Since it's still under warranty, what has the dealer said about it?

I deleted a duplicate post you already made back on December 17, 2020.

Turns out the module was faulty and they replaced it with a brand new one and it's working fine now.
