Default Opinions between obsidian and Nebula

Hello Everyone ! I know that this all depends on personal preference but I would like some of you’re opinions . I have found 2 nx f sports that interested me one is a 2017 Obsidian black F2 Rioja 52 000 km used winter tires included 1 year bumper to bumper warranty left and 3 on power train and the other Is a 2018 nebula grey F1 Circuit red with dash cam, running boards and eligible for Apple car play update and 32 000 km 2 year bumper to bumper warranty and 4 year Powertrain with brand new winter tires included. Both are around my maximum price range One has less options then the other but I don’t mind I was just looking for the F-sport look . There is a 3000$ price difference between both with the 2018 being the highest thanks

I'd go lower mileage and newer....so nebula by default.

Also, mine is obsidian and although it's the best colour for the NX (hides a lot of the black plastic cladding), it's a pain in the *** to clean and the paint swirls if you so much as touch it, even with a brand new microfiber.

I had an RX in the Nebula Gray Pearl, and that would be my choice as it is easier to keep clean and take care of. The black does look nice when it is maintained in good condition, but that color is truly a hobby to keep looking nice. Black is easier to repair if you should ever need to repaint any of the vehicle. Personally, I like the black trim pieces in contrast on the Nebula Gray or the Atomic Silver, but it disappears too much for my taste on the Obsidian. Personally, I would want the newer model which went through a modest refresh starting with the 2018 model, and it has the lower mileage. Color is so subjective so it really depends on how much effort you want to put into caring for the paint as the darker colors will show more road grime and cleaning swirls.

Get Nebula. I hate black cars. My wife's NX is Caviar.... it's such a PITA to keep clean. As said above, black is really nice since it hides a LOT of the black plastic that sticks out on the lighter colors but on sheer cleaning and seeing more "details" of the body, go with Nebula... My opinion, anything over black. Black seems to hide a lot of the extreme angles where as a light color tends to show them.. Plus the nebula is newer and has the nicer looking triple beam headlights compared to the old design of the triple beams..

I'd go newer and avoid black. I had two black cars over a 15-year period, and will never get another for the reasons mentioned above.
