Enform won't stay connected
 

I picked up a 2019 NX300 base model a week ago. The Enform 2.0 app suite won't stay connected through my iphone. The Alex feature won't work. I have installed and reinstalled every app, reset my phone numerous times but the problems persist. I am disappointed overall with the glitchy performance of this Enform App Suite. Also, I found out that my NX does not have Apple Carplay and that I"ll have to pay another $200 plus installation if I want it. What a ripoff. Has anyone had similar problems?

I have a 2019 with Nav. No issues with the app suite although I can’t say I use any of the apps.

Surprised you don’t have CarPlay with that recent of a purchase.

Delete all your setting should fix your issue.
