I have a cracked windshield that is in desperate need of replacement... it is a 2014 ES 300 Hybrid. the safeglass company asked if i had auto wipers and lane departure, NO i do not. so they brought out a windshield... wrong one, I have a humidity sensor i had no clue, they took down my vin and said yes i did have the auto wiper option..?? no i do not. it only has two attachments on the windshield, the humidity sensor and the rearview mirror. the windshield says right on it Lexus..... so a week later they brought out another windshield.. but it had slots for 3 attachments??? I only have two. Lexus told the repair shop that they only make the windshield with 3 attachments ?? Im not going to have the wrong windshield so i said no, they called me back and said they have no way of getting a windshield that matches my existing one?? and call the dealer and good luck.. where do i even start to find the right windshield since the Lexus dealership said they dont make windshields with only two attachments??? HELP!
