That would be dependent on your annual mileage.

The 5k and 10k mile services are free (included in your purchase/lease price) at the Lexus dealer.

For me, with a 10k mile/year lease, in 18 months I will only pay for 1 service (15k), which is a minor interval, I can't imagine it'd be more than $100, and even less if performed at Toyota.

 

 

However much your local shop charges for (oil change + tire rotation) x 10k miles.... pretty much thats it up to 100k miles.

Add break pads somewhere before 100k miles if you dont have Hybrid.
