Default Trim piece

Hi guys,
we just purchased a gorgeous red 2015 NX200T in red/creme for my wife. She loves it, and it's in great shape. The only thing missing is a small trim piece in the center console. It appears to be a little tab, I circled it in red. Does anyone know what part number it is? I don't like our local Lexus dealer and would prefer to order it somewhere else.
Thanks!
Dan

I recall some others had issues where that tab came off thru normal use. Just in case you don't know, you would pull that tab to lift off that piece and it's a mirror on the other side. There's also a small space underneath for some storage.

My wife had mentioned she saw a mirror underneath that during a test drive with another NX. Seems like an odd place for a mirror, but hey, what do I know?
Thank you for the info!

Congrats on your new NX!

What's strange is the little flap is not shown in the parts catalog (See parts "2" and "3"): http://www.lexuspartsdirect.ca/a/Lex...E/8971485.html

With access to the part #'s, you can call and ask.

As an altogether different DIY option, you can try to lift up/remove part "2" in your car and attach (cement glue perhaps) a small piece of black leather or material of your choice to create your own small flap.

My "little tab" broke off not long after I got my NX. The dealer replaced the cover - complete with a new tab - under warranty.

to replace that entire thing is $114 CAD

I would try what CorradoMR2 suggests

Dan your car should still be under the 4 year warranty. I would ask Lexus to replace it.
I see no reason why they would not.

Thank you all for the info and tips. We'll try the Lexus dealership, and if they won't do it, we'll simply glue a generic button or piece of plastic over it.
