Default 🌏 Nav Feature Question ❓

So, let me start with the fact that when I use my nav, I like to show the whole map on the display (not a half-map/half-something else). However, when I'm approaching a turn, I don't mind the temporary half-screen with the turn detail displayed.

Now, my question is, when I driving (navigating) and my next turn is relatively far (more than a few miles), what is the quickest way to temporarily show the next turn information (like the name of the street or freeway exit)?

Currently, I have to 1) click "Options", 2) click "Map Mode", 3) click "Turn List". Once I know the next turn, I have to 4) click "Options", 5) click "Map Mode", and finally, 6) click "Map Only". This becomes quite tedious and cumbersome. What would be nice is if the little turn sign/arrow at the upper right of the display would be clickable and display that Turn List. At that point, I could tap the back button to return to the full-screen map.

If it's the same as my IS, and I believe it is, you can view the details of the next turn on the TFT display between the tach and speedometer, by selecting the compass view. It'll show the next turn, even if it's miles away.

Let me know if that works for you.

Sweet! That works (and works well). It's better than what I suggested in my original message, in that I can quickly check my next turn without taking my hands off the wheel and then go back to the default page using the "default page" button. .

Thanks!

After getting to the compass view (where it shows N, S, E, W), scroll down to show the next turn all the time

What's cool is that whenever I go to the compass page, if the nav is active, the next turn is displayed. If the nav is inactive, the regular compass page is shown. It's automatic now—depending on the nav being active or not.
