Your NX looks great corrado! That side pic looks great!

Do you have chrome side steps or is that just a reflection?

^^^ Thanks.

No reflection. It's a chrome strip I added. One pic below. More details/pics in an early post here in my build thread.

That's a great idea. I was commenting to someone how I though the chrome strips on the E-Class Coupe looks very elegant and how I wanted to add some chrome strips on my NX but wasn't sure if it looked "overdone". But yours looks really good, might try doing it myself.

Thanks. I really like the chrome contrast against the black and adds a sparkle that compliments the similar chrome trim along the windows. For $20, 12ft roll with a quality 3M glue backing, no brainer to do it!

One tip though is that the adhesion is not as strong on the "pimpled" matte black plastic door-bottom trim so ensure to have the plastic thoroughly cleaned (rubbing alcohol), and let the car and unapplied trim sit in the sun to warm up and soften for max adhesion. If that's not possible, bring it indoors and use a hair dryer. I've done that and the trim survived two winters now so far.

I'll put mine in next week or so. So i have to make the surface warm first for the 3M to stick longer?

^^^ Yeah, for sure warm up the glue backing so it gets tackier and I would also warm up the plastic.

Don't u find the wheel gap a lil too much. I find the plastic mouldings on the black nx makes the wheel gap worst. Corrado's wheel gap is not bad cause he's running 22's

I know, because of the shadow, the gap looked way too much. But i was talking about the thin chrome strip at the bottom at the doors.
